I��ve used this light on few shoots so far and I must say I am super impressed with it.It��s very powerful and handy.The menu system can be a bit confusing as it has less buttons and lack of touch screen but the power for this price is totally game changer for me.I would highly recommend it

Conosco gi�� la Zhiyun come marca perch�� ho altri faretti e sono sempre di ottima qualit��, ed anche questa barra luminosa �� veramente ottima sia come potenza sia come design che mi fa impazzire.E�� una luce portatile da 100W con il form factor di una barra, e la prima cosa veramente positiva �� la qualit�� della luce: la gamma di temperatura colore va dai classici 2700K a 6500K con CRI �� 96 e TLCI �� 98, i colori risultano fedeli e naturali, fondamentale per foto e video.Un aspetto che mi preoccupava era il surriscaldamento, tipico di queste luci potenti, ma ZHIYUN ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale con il sistema di raffreddamento: le sei ventole mantengono la temperatura sotto controllo anche durante le sessioni pi�� lunghe, e sorprendentemente non fanno quasi rumore.La particolarit�� pi�� devastante per�� �� il fatto che sia RGB pertanto possiamo andare a giocare con la luce e le varie sfumature cromatiche passando per tutti i colori, tra l��altro sono abbastanza facili da regolare perch�� c���� una ghiera ruotabile con cui possiamo andare precisamente a scegliere la sfumatura di colore desiderata.Mi �� sembrato di notare che quando si mette la barra in modalit�� RGB faccia leggermente meno luce ma forse �� solo un��impressione mia.Inoltre per concludere il discorso RGB abbiamo poi degli effetti luce che sfruttano i colori che veramente ottimi da sfruttare durante le ripreseParlando invece della potenza della luce quando non �� in RGB, i 100W si vedono tutti e la potenza �� veramente incredibile, c���� per�� da sottolineare una cosa per sfruttare appieno i 100W c���� un tasto dedicato di super power che mander�� il faretto alla massima potenza consumando ovviamente anche di pi��, se invece lo lasciamo in modalit�� ��normale�� quando arriver�� al 100% di potenza sul display lui non andr�� a sfruttare a pieno i 100W ma rimarr�� sugli 80-90 per preservare la batteria.Questa secondo me �� una buona gestione energetica ma �� da tenere presente se volete sfruttare al massimo il faretto.Parlando di batteria: all��interno troviamo 6 batterie al litio per un totale di 15600 mah che possono sembrare tanti ma quando la luce �� alla massima potenza ti possono garantire si e no 10 minuti di luce.Ovvio che bisogna fare dei compromessi visto anche quanto �� compatto ma �� cmq molto portatile e se sfruttiamo bene la luce non ci dobbiamo portare dietro nessun cavo.Qualora invece volessimo attaccarlo alla corrente abbiamo 2 opzioni, collegare un cavo CC con la suia porta dedicata (il cavo con relativo alimentatore per�� non �� incluso in confezione), oppure attaccare un powerbank con un uscita effettiva di 100W alla porta Usb C.Io ho sfruttato la seconda opzione che mi permette comunque di poter posizionare il faretto ovunque senza attaccarlo a qualche spina in giro, faccio inoltre presente che se noi attacchiamo un powerbank con un uscita da 100W al faretto questo verr�� alimentato direttamente dal powerbank bypassando la batteria interna e pertanto preservandola.Per finire poi ho fatto una prova con un powerbank normale con uscita da 20W, in questo caso invece il powerbank andr�� ad alimentare la batteria interna che pi�� che altro far�� in modo di farla scaricare pi�� lentamente, comodo anche questa opzione ma meno soddisfacente.Per finire poi in confezione troviamo i barn doors, che si vanno ad applicare sulla scocca e divendano dei modificatori di luce molto comodi per andare a direzionare al meglio il fascio luminoso.Una volta chiusi poi fanno anche da protezione alla luce stessa quindi ottimi anche questi.Ed inoltre c���� anche un diffusore che va incastrato sui barn doors per andare a diffondere la luce in maniera pi�� softInsomma dal primo momento che ho acceso questo faretto me ne sono innamorato, il design �� fantastico, le funzionalit�� sono tantissime ed �� estremamente portatile, altro ottimo lavoro di Zhiyun.

Having recently purchased a Cinepeer line Gimbal from Zhiyun to act as a backup to my Ronin 4 I found that the Ronin soon became the backup to the Cinepeer, it is that good.So when I was offered this light for review it was a no brainer to accept.And it is another banger, everything you could possibly want from a stick light at, if I had paid, an incredibly low price for what you are getting. particularly given the maximum 100w power output!My use case for this is switching between hair light and fill light, two tasks it does without complaint, the detachable barn doors make focussing the light to ones preference a breeze and are simple to remove if you don't need them though I do find them to be an essential.The included diffuser isn't quite as useful, for me at least, but at least it is there when needed and something that wasn't packaged with stick lights I purchased from other companies, being an optional extra.Power drain is low and on battery alone I find I have plenty in reserve for a typical filming session though mains power is always an option whilst on location I can hook it up to a V mount battery which retains the portability but gives me more hours than I could ever need.I received this for free yet I am going to purchase a second, that should tell you all you need to know!!

I've been getting into a bit of photography recently, and I needed a better lighting solution than the small LED lights that I've been using. When this popped up on my Vine review options, I wasn't actually prepared for what a beast of light it was.It arrived and the size of the box actually surprised me a little bit - I had expected something much smaller, but once I started testing it I knew I had found exactly what I hadn't realised I needed.The light is amazingly bright, and the lighting options, although limited, are easy to access and operate and really quite effective (I'm sure as I practice more I will get to grips with the best lighting conditions).It's a very heavy light, and the tripod that I initially used toppled over when I had it on a particular angle, but I've managed to use it with a microphone boom mic stand for extra stability - although I am a little unsure about whether the small threaded screw will hold such a heavy light for so long. I shall be using it either vertically for the most part, or resting on the floor lighting upwards anyway, so probably not so much of a concern.The barn doors are something I'm enjoying experimenting with, getting different lighting effects for my photos.All in all it seems like a very professional bit of kit, that I'm not sure is so deserving of with my limited photography skills at present, but I'm having fun learning.The quality, from someone who has very limited experience with such kit, seems very good and I am sure It will help me improve my shots very quickly.

I was particularly excited to try the ZHIYUN CINEPEER CF100. A 100W RGB light stick is an ambitious piece of kit, promising both power and portability. After testing it, I have some clear thoughts on where it shines and where it falls a bit short.What I Liked (Pros)----------------------First and foremost, the power is outstanding. The 100W output is genuinely impressive for a light stick, making it bright enough to act as a key light in many situations, not just a simple accent. Its portability is a major plus for creators on the move. What really sets it apart for me, however, are the built-in accessories. Having integrated barn doors to control light spill and a dedicated diffuser to soften the output are fantastic features that add immense value. Combined with the full RGB spectrum, this light offers incredible versatility for creative lighting setups.What Could Be Improved (Cons)----------------------Now for the drawbacks. The most significant issue for me is the fan noise. When you ramp up the power, the fan becomes quite audible, which could be a problem if you��re recording audio near the light source. It's noticeably louder than some other brands I've used. The unit is also a bit heavy, which can make extended handheld use fatiguing. While powerful, the price tag is on the higher end, which might be a barrier for some. Lastly, I wish there were more attachment options for easier rigging in different scenarios.The ZHIYUN CINEPEER CF100 is a beast of a light in a portable package. If your top priority is raw power and you value the convenience of included barn doors and a diffuser, this is a very compelling option. However, if you are a videographer who needs whisper-quiet operation or if you're on a strict budget, you may want to consider the trade-offs. It��s a great tool that excels in brightness but comes with a few notable compromises.
