30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

(Note: Only for orders purchased on the official website!)

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.). Upon requesting a refund or replacement, we will provide you with a return label at no additional cost. Once the returned item arrives back in Zhiyun’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories (For bundle orders that contain discounted products or free, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Customers are not permitted to process separate refunds for individual products in a bundle deal.)
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs 
  • For quality related warranty claims, Zhiyun refunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Zhiyun’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

(Please note that we do not provide a return label, the product will be sent back by the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for “non-quality problem” returns.)
1. Within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition in the original packaging that will not affect second sale.
2. Within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has a manufacturing defect before being put to use.
3. Manufacturing related quality issues still exist after a replacement.

 

Return and Refund Service will not be provided where

1. The refund was requested beyond 30 calendars days of receipt.
2. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has sustained substantial damage caused by an event of force majeure.
3. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to provide, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered.
4. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.
6. Product has not been sent back within 14 calendar days after refund or after replacement confirmation from ZHIYUN.
7. Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by ZHIYUN Technical Support.

     

    You can request to Replacement Service

    1. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
    2. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
    3. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).

       

      Replacement Service will not be provided where

      1. The replacement was requested beyond 30 calendars days of receipt.
      2. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
      3. Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
      4. Product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by ZHIYUN Technical Support.
      5. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
      6. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, fake proof marks etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
      7. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds and lightning strike.
      8. Product has not been sent back to ZHIYUN within 30 calendar days after replacement confirmation from ZHIYUN.

         

        Essential information

        1. Local credit card/debit card and PayPal refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after the product is received. International credit card, Visa or MasterCard, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.
        2. Sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above.
        3. We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to time, including where there is a change of law.
