3. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take longer. If your address is flagged as remote, our team will contact you by email before proceeding.

4. Taxes & Import Duties

All prices are exclusive of VAT and import duties:

  • EU Countries: Orders may be subject to local VAT, as we ship from Germany.
  • UK, Canada, Australia & other non-EU countries: Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

7. Additional Information

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment: Orders ship from the nearest warehouse. In case of stock shortage, we may fulfill from an alternative location.
  • P.O. Box: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Our team will contact you to request a valid street address if needed.
