FAQs
What's the positioning of the G60?
With its core thermal technology, ZHIYUN delivers high power in a lightweight package — making professional film lights accessible to everyone.
The G60 packs 60W of professional output into a cube roughly the size of a Rubik's cube.
Your creativity is no longer limited by space, location, or time — professional lighting has never been simpler.
Can the G60 run for extended periods?
Yes. The G60 features ZHIYUN's patented electronic back-pressure cooling system, which uses gyroscope-based precision modeling to design the heatsink and fan.
Applying fluid dynamics, it intelligently manages airflow, compresses internal structure while maintaining exceptional cooling performance — keeping your shoots safe and stable, even during long sessions.
Is the G60 suitable for outdoor shoots?
Absolutely. The G60 uses ZHIYUN's power delivery technology for quick indoor studio setups, and packs down just as easily for transport.
The entire lighting kit fits neatly into a bag, and delivers 100% power output even outdoors — so you're always ready to shoot, wherever you are.
What are the power options for the G60?
The G60 features ZHIYUN's adaptive integrated power system with two portable external power solutions — DC adapter and 100W PD-compatible Type-C fast charging.
How's the color performance on the G60?
The G60 delivers high quality, high color accuracy, and high image fidelity:
CRI ≥96, TLCI ≥97
Bare source illuminance: 2,376 Lux
With ZHIYUN mini reflector: 11,194 Lux
Color temperature range: 2700K–6500K
A high-power integrated point source with dial-based control for quick color temp and brightness adjustments.
The high CRI captures fine color details and reproduces true-to-life color — what you see is what you get.
What mount does the G60 use?
The G60 features a custom ZY mount for full-scene light-shaping accessories, and is compatible with industry-standard Bowens mount accessories via an adapter ring.
Whether it's portraits, commercial photography, product shoots, TVC, interviews, or short-form video — the G60 fits right into your lighting workflow.
Does the G60 support Bluetooth connectivity?
Yes. The G60 supports multi-light Bluetooth mesh networking for complex scene lighting.
The app allows remote real-time parameter adjustments, greatly improving efficiency for solo creators and on-the-go setups.
