ZHIYUN guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, refund and replacement can be requested within 14 or 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment. Please contact ZHIYUN or the authorized distributor of ZHIYUN from whom you purchased your product for more details. To request a refund or to replace a product, please contact our After-sales team.

 

You can request a Return and Refund Service

(Please note that we do not provide a return label, the product will be sent back by the buyer, and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for “non-quality problem” returns.)
1. Within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new or like-new condition in the original packaging, that will not affect the second sale.
2. Within 14 calendar days of receipt of delivery, if the product has a manufacturing defect before being put to use.
3. Manufacturing-related quality issues still exist after a replacement.

 

Return and Refund Service will not be provided where

1. The refund was requested beyond 30 calendar days of receipt.
2. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has sustained substantial damage caused by an event of force majeure.
3. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are unable to provide or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
4. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign materials (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
5. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds, and lightning strike.
6. The product has not been sent back within 14 calendar days after refund or after replacement confirmation from ZHIYUN.
7. The product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by ZHIYUN Technical Support.

 

You can request Replacement Service

1. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has sustained substantial damage in transit.
2. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product purchased does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
3. Within 30 calendar days of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect(s).

 

Replacement Service will not be provided where

1. The replacement was requested beyond 30 calendar days of receipt.
2. Legal proof-of-purchase or receipts are not provided or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
3. Product sent in for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging or contains items damaged by user error.
4. The product is found to have no manufacturing defects after appropriate tests are conducted by ZHIYUN Technical Support.
5. Any product fault or damage has been caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.), or improper installation or operation.
6. Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, fake-proof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
7. Damage was caused to the product by external factors out of our control, including fire, flood, high winds, and lightning strikes.
8. The product has not been sent back to ZHIYUN within 30 calendar days after replacement confirmation from ZHIYUN.

 

Essential information

1. Local credit card/debit card and PayPal refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after the product is received. International credit card, Visa or MasterCard, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.
2. The sender must pay the costs of return delivery and the costs associated with product testing if the product does not meet the conditions for a replacement or refund set out above. 
3. If the package has been delivered, but the customer reports not receiving the product, once we resend the package, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. We may amend the Refund and Replacement Policy terms from time to time, including when there is a change of law.
