Prices and Taxes:
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and import duties.

Other countries and areas not listed above are not covered hence customers can’t place an order while their countries are excluded. Customers who are interested in purchasing ZHIYUN items but find shipping unavailable at store.zhiyun-tech.com may purchase on Amazon or Aliexpress.

  

Remote Area Shipping Fee

Note that the orders with remote location would take longer time to be delivered and additional shipping fee may be required. We may reach out to you for the amount via email if the system detects your shipping address belongs to remote location.

 

Warehouses

We will ship your order by the nearest warehouse by default. If the items you purchased are out of stock, we may ship from alternative warehouses.

P.O. Box

Note that P.O. Box as shipping address is generally not accepted. If you mistakenly filled with the P.O. Box, you may receive our email requiring an updated street address.
