4. 30-Day DOA Warranty
Pre-owned products are subject to our Final Sale terms and are NOT eligible for buyer’s remorse returns.
We offer a 30-Day DOA (Dead on Arrival) Warranty for Open-Box and Good Used units—if the unit is defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement.

Condition Notes for Pre-owned Machines:
1. Open-Box
The item is in "like-new" condition, returned primarily due to buyer remorse or minor outer packaging wear. It has been fully inspected, power-tested, and completely unlinked/unbound from all previous ZY Play and ZY Cami accounts. All original packaging, core mounting hardware, power adapters, and standard cables are verified to be 100% present and in pristine condition.
2. Good Used
Fully inspected and verified to be fully operational in its core functions. Motors run smoothly without error; LED/COB lights illuminate, dim, and cooling fans operate properly. Expect minor aesthetic wear, fine scratches, or scuffs on the body, handles, or arm housings.
What's Included (Guaranteed Core Only): In cludes the essential hardware strictly required to operate the core function (e.g., Quick-Release Plate for gimbals, dedicated DC Power Adapter for lights).
What May Be Missing: Any secondary accessories, secondary cables, carrying cases, or mini tripods are NOT guaranteed and may be missing. Please refer to the specific listing description.

3. For Parts / Technical DIY (Strictly AS-IS / No Returns)
The unit may power on or exhibit major functional defects (e.g., motor errors, axis lock failures, unresponsive dials, or screen/cooling fan issues). Sold strictly AS-IS for parts or repair only. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT accepted for this tier.
